The 2025 Annual Residential Garbage is $220.00

A 5% discount on the current year annual fee can be taken as long as the account does NOT have a past due balance AND the payment is received by the due date.  The 2025 discounted annual amount is $209.00

Customers have the option to pay the 2025 fee quarterly.  The payment is $55.00 per quarter.  There is no discount for making quarterly payments.  Quarterly payments are due as follows:  

Quarter 1 (January - March) due April 15

Quarter 2 (April - June) due July 15

Quarter 3 (July - September) due October 15

Quarter 4 (October - December) due January 15, 2026

The garbage collection map shows the days of the week garbage is collected in the streets and alleys of Southwest Greensburg Borough. 

Extra Garbage Fees

TV $10.00 each

Tire $5.00 each

For questions regarding excess item(s) for pick-up and pricing, please call the Borough Garage. 

Please note that any excess item(s) will NOT be collected unless pickup arrangements are made and payment is submitted to the Borough Office at 564 Stanton Street. 

Please include with payment: name, phone number, property address, 

item(s) being picked up and fee quoted by the Borough Garage.

Items containing Freon are not collected.

(refrigerators, freezers, dehumidifiers, air conditioners, etc...) 

Garbage Holiday Pick Up Schedule
