The 5th annual Timmy's Race for Children will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 27th.  This is a  5K walk/run race that benefits patients at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh through the donation of gifts.  The race is named for Timmy Creamer, the son of Tim and Noele Creamer.  Timmy was diagnosed in 2008 with Burkitt's lymphoma which is a form of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.  Timmy's Race is a way for the Creamer family to give back to Children's Hospital for the excellent care Timmy received while obtaining treatment on the surgical and oncology floors.  Additional information can be found at www.timmysrace.com.  Registration forms are available at the Borough office.
